I understand: Sponsorship Commitments are due 45 days prior to Gala Date. Contract must be received 45 days prior to be guaranteed benefits. Please note that logos will not be added to materials until this payment is received. Hi-res jpg logos must be emailed to gala@stjohnrochester.org. We reserve the right to substitute your logo with your company name if the appropriate format is not received or is not received in a timely fashion.
